Compliance Management

Compliance management organises how an employer identifies, meets and monitors applicable obligations. It includes ownership, procedures, training, records and responses to failures.

Example

A company maintains a calendar of required filings and policy reviews, with named owners and evidence showing whether each obligation was completed.

What to keep in mind

Compliance is not simply a calendar of deadlines. Changes in law, operations or workforce composition may create new duties, so the process needs regular review and a route for escalating uncertainty.
