Recruiter Productivity

Recruiter productivity relates recruitment output to the time or resources used. Measures may include completed hires, qualified submissions or progress on assigned vacancies, with clear scope and quality criteria.

Example

A team reviews hires per recruiter alongside vacancy complexity, candidate feedback and early retention rather than comparing raw hire counts alone.

What to keep in mind

Recruiters handling specialist roles may produce fewer hires while doing equally valuable work. Account for workload mix and avoid incentives that encourage unsuitable submissions or rushed hiring decisions.
