HR Productivity

HR productivity relates HR output to the resources used to produce it. Measures might compare completed transactions or resolved requests with working time, provided quality and scope are clear.

Example

A service team tracks correctly completed standard letters per working hour while separately monitoring errors and requests returned for correction.

What to keep in mind

Volume alone is a weak measure for complex advice or investigations. Compare similar work and include quality so that faster processing does not become an incentive to avoid difficult cases.
