Employee Survey

An employee survey collects structured feedback about work, policies or organisational conditions. It can cover engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, service quality or a specific proposed change.

Example

An employer asks staff whether they have the resources needed for their work and invites comments about recurring obstacles.

What to keep in mind

Ask questions that support decisions and explain anonymity or confidentiality accurately. A survey creates expectations of follow-up, so communicate what was learned and which actions are possible.
