Workforce Wellbeing Strategy

A workforce wellbeing strategy identifies work-related health and wellbeing priorities and the actions needed to address them. It connects evidence about conditions with responsibilities and measures of progress.

Example

An employer finds fatigue linked to unpredictable shifts and develops a plan for scheduling, staffing and manager training alongside access to individual support.

What to keep in mind

Prioritise prevention and working conditions rather than only optional benefits. Employees should be able to influence the plan, and health-related measures need confidentiality and careful interpretation.
