Workforce Performance

Workforce performance describes how effectively people and teams deliver the work expected of them. It can include output, quality, service, safety and progress against relevant goals.

Example

A maintenance team reviews completed work, repeat faults and safety compliance together to understand performance more fully than job counts alone.

What to keep in mind

Results depend on systems, demand and resources as well as individual effort. Use measures appropriate to the work and avoid comparing teams with materially different tasks without accounting for those differences.
