Requisition Management

Requisition management controls requests to recruit, from creation and approval through changes, tracking and closure. It connects workforce needs with budget and hiring activity.

Example

A manager submits a request for a replacement role, finance confirms funding and recruitment begins after the required approvals are recorded.

What to keep in mind

Keep the request aligned with the actual vacancy. Changes to level, location, pay or number of hires may need renewed approval rather than being handled informally after sourcing starts.
