Continuous Feedback

Continuous feedback is the practice of sharing useful observations about work throughout the year rather than only at formal reviews. It helps people adjust behaviour while the context is still clear.

Example

After a client meeting, a manager explains which part of the presentation answered the client's concern and suggests a clearer approach for the next discussion.

What to keep in mind

Continuous does not mean constant criticism or interruption. Make feedback specific, timely and proportionate, and allow employees to discuss context and give feedback in return.
