Recruitment Marketing

Recruitment marketing uses communication and campaigns to attract potential candidates and encourage relevant applications. It can include career pages, employee stories, job content and targeted outreach.

Example

A care provider publishes realistic descriptions of shift patterns and training opportunities, then advertises those pages to people considering care work locally.

What to keep in mind

Represent the work accurately and measure suitable applicants or hires rather than views alone. Overselling flexibility, earnings or progression can increase applications while creating disappointment and early departures.
