Human Capital Reporting

Human capital reporting discloses information about an organisation's workforce and related practices or outcomes. It can cover staffing, development, diversity, safety and costs for internal or external audiences.

Example

An employer reports employee numbers, learning activity and turnover with definitions explaining the workforce included and how each measure was calculated.

What to keep in mind

Reporting requirements and frameworks vary. Use consistent, verifiable data, protect personal information and avoid presenting favourable headline figures without relevant limitations or adverse trends.
