Graduate Hiring

Graduate hiring recruits people into roles designed for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience. Programmes may include structured learning, rotations or supervised work.

Example

A company hires graduates into analyst roles and provides training and progressively more independent assignments during their first year.

What to keep in mind

Specify the actual qualification and role requirements rather than assuming a particular age. Recent-graduate criteria can exclude capable career changers, so examine whether restrictions are necessary and lawful.
